INTERNATIONAL CINECLUB IN MILAN

PROJECT
Whether you’re a casual filmgoer or a cinephile, if you love watching and discussing films, you’re in the right place.
CineMì is an international cineclub in Milan that brings together locals and internationals through cinema, conversation and cultural exchange.
We meet once a month: watch a film at the cinema, then continue the conversation over a drink nearby.

No film or cultural expertise is needed, just curiosity - everyone is welcome, and all views matter.
Films are screened in their original language with Italian subtitles, and discussions are in English. If you’re new to Milan, it’s also a great way to meet people.
We go to cinemas across Milan, including Anteo Palazzo del Cinema, Beltrade, Cinema Godard and Cinema NOISE, giving us the chance to discover a bit of the city along the way.
We also have a blog, the CineBlog section, with articles offering cinematic tips both in Milan and beyond.

How Does It
Work?
To help keep CineMì running and support future projects, we ask for a small €3 registration fee. Here is how it works:

Upcoming events and dates are listed in the Calendar section of our website.

Register via the Calendar page to access full event details.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the information and next steps.

Secure your place by paying the €3 registration fee.

Book your cinema ticket directly through the cinema’s website.

Arrive at the cinema and enjoy the film.

After the screening, join us for a drink (payable on the spot).

Then sit back, relax, and take part in the discussion.

MÌ
Hi, I’m Hanna.
I’ve been living in Milan for over three years now, though I’m originally from France.
I love the city, but when I first arrived I was looking for an English-speaking cineclub and couldn’t find one… so I decided to create it myself.
Outside of CineMì, I work freelance for film and media companies across Europe.
I like: my cat, exhibitions, mountain hikes, hot chocolates in winter, and spritz in summer.
I hate: when people ask me for my favourite film because it changes all the time and choosing just one feels like an impossible task.
